Who benefits most from your programs?
Women & mommas, like myself, who think they cannot lose weight or who have ‘tried it all’ but still don’t have results they want, who may be new to strength training, or who may need professional guidance & accountability to reach their goals.
How long are your workouts & what equipment will I need?
Each workout lasts about 45 minutes including a warm up, weight lifting & core. You will need a set of light, medium & heavy dumbbells, a chair & yoga mat. The exercises are beginner friendly, low impact & focus on foundational strength movements. Each program is customized to your fitness level & preferences, & your cardio recommendations are separate.
What sets you apart from most health coaches and fitness programs?
My programs are not: a group effort, cherry-picking workout app, 30-day weight loss challenge or 6 week workout program. This is a one-on-one, you & me, time-to-grind commitment. It is a long-term solution to achieve sustainable results & lifestyle change.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans are not offered. However - for less than $100 a month you can learn how to eat to meet your nutritional goals & never have to purchase another program (plan #1). For <$5 a day (cheaper than a Starbucks latte) you can learn how to eat AND train to achieve & maintain results (plan #3). Or for only $15 a week you can train like a pro, change your body & learn to lift for life (plan #2).
Are recipes included in the Meal Plan?
Recipes are not included in the meal plan. The goal is to teach you how to eat with intention now so you can transition to mindful eating later. This is done by teaching you which nutrients to focus on & how to plan, plate & track your meals - tools which you can use forever, both in a variety of situations & to suit your personal food preferences. A grocery shopping guide IS included.
Is in-person Personal Training available?
In person training sessions are available for purchase in Paducah, KY. Each package includes 5 sessions. Please email me for further details if you are interested.
